Let's continue with the saga of Tesla Service.

Last time I took my car to service, they gave it back with a broken main battery, and they put an appointment to fix it.

Once I got it back from fixing the battery and while I was driving back home, I realize there is a scratch in the sliding door in the center console. I sent a message to my service associate and they put an appointment with a mobile service to go change the door.

They arrived today, and because the car is parked in my driveway, they didn't let me know, they just opened the car and did their thing.

When I saw the notification that they were here, they were already done and were leaving, so I went to check my car.

The sliding door was brand new, but they didn't fix the spring back and the door stays open. Meaning, when you open it, it doesn't go back to close itself, and I have to pull it closed with my hand. And it is not mounted correctly and it scratches the door and now the door is as scratched as the one they originally changed.
