AITA, Who’s right and who’s wrong!!!

AITA, I (F32) and my partner (m33) have been back together for 5 years, we was previously together 15 years ago and had a child. We had another baby last year, our babies got flat head syndrome- the hats £3000. This is where we are arguing- I pay all bills, rent, gas, electricity, water, council tax, internet, also pay for our eldest phone contract my child’s that isn’t his contract my contract, all food ( he will occasionally get a meal about once every few weeks) I pay for the car on finance and insurance even though I don’t drive, I pay for the children’s clothes, babies milk, nappies wet wipes bottles, toys. I also pay for all the animals upkeep ( we have 3 dogs, a cat, 2 tortoises, 3 snakes, 10 chickens and about 20 koi) I also pay for anything we need for the house. I also pay for tutoring for the 2 eldest and horse riding once a week for the eldest.
He’s saying I need to pay for half of the hat.i never buy myself anything as all my funds go into the house or children or animals. I’m saying he can pay it or pay for half of everything I pay a month then I’ll have half the money for the hat after 1 month. It’s really getting to me and we keep arguing about it. If I give the car back I’ll save myself £400 a month ( I never use the car haven’t even been init in over 7 months) but he uses it for work. He’s telling my I’m controlling and a narcissist and if I get rid of the car he can’t work and I’ll have to pay for the whole hat. He’s saying that if he leaves I’ll have to still pay for everything I’m paying for anyway, the only thing I won’t have to pay for is the car. I’m so angry but I don’t know if I’m actually being unreasonable, please can someone shed some light on this situation as I feel like I’m being taken for a fool. He thinks he is. Please advice !!! Thanks in advance.

\*\*TL;DR;\*\* : This is a sample summary of the TLDR rule, just copy the text in gray box. Is this going the right way? I’m not sure what this means never used it before or written a post but In summary I feel I’m being taken the mick out of, I pay for everything, partner is saying I need to pay for half of a £3000 hat for the baby. I can barely afford everything right now especially as the cost of living. I feel like I’m drowning!!!
