I have lodged my partner visa 820/801 in April 2026 by myself. If anyone applied by their own / have any idea about the eligibility. Please advise me if I missed anything.
April 2023 : Met my partner
July 2023 : Relationship declared to Federal Government as part of workplace obligation.
September 2023 : Opened a joint bank account and Requested a spare key to the partners apartment ( evidence provided )
April 2024 : Declared to AGSVA change of circumstances report and provided case ID as we moved in together.
April 2026 : Lodged my visa application 820/801.

Mortgage split 50/50 evidence of last 6 months , eventhough house title is on partner name as I am not eligible for first home buyers grant
kept all my savings in partners offset account to reduce interest on mortgage and evidence provided
non lapsing beneficiary in super

split one car expenses including rego and insurance provided evidence as listed driver
