I met a guy on a dating app. He asks me to send in my Insta handle, but never follows me. I tried to find him (just to see if I could), but I never did. Now he's popping up as a suggestion to follow? How? We have no mutuals and he actually lives in a different state. How did this happen?

I can't see that going well for me if my current job knows I'm looking for a new job, but I don't want the places I apply for thinking something shady is going on or that I'm a bad employee.
