HELP! Painful swollen nose tip/possible boil inside nostril — antibiotics started, pain slightly better but swelling still visible and worried about healing without scars or permanent nose shape change.
I developed a painful swollen red nose tip, likely a boil/infection inside the nostril. Doctor gave me antibiotics for 3 days. Pain has improved a bit but swelling is still noticeable. No major fever or eye swelling. Has anyone experienced this? How long did the swelling take to go down and did it heal without scars?
