Was injured August 3rd 2025 at my job. Lower back injury, after doctors appointments, physical therapy, and imaging (MRI) it revealed I have a bulging disc in my lower back. I’m still currently out of work almost a whole year later. Workers comp Dr referred me to an orthopedic specialist which the work insurance (broadspire) declined and seems as “medically unnecessary” so went back to the Dr who the referred me to pain management which once again was declined by broadspire. Unsure what to do now as I still struggle with this pain, some days are better and then out of nowhere it’s severe sciatica. Any help is appreciated as I’ve never dealt with this before.

Been home from home a few weeks. Returned late at night, woke up to get water and saw these guys. No idea why my family wouldn’t mention to me we had new family members 🧍🏽‍♂️
