need advice about a one night stand

I (35M) had hooked up with this girl(25F?) in January, she got tested a little bit afterwards, told me she contracted something that was NOT an STI, then kinda became distant with me. I ended up getting tested around 2 weeks later, as i was busy with some things, and all my results came out negative. I was communicative with her the whole time while i waited to get tested, and afterwards.

Unfortunately, the lab only emailed me the instant results (i think it was instant for chlamydia and gonorrhea?) so i called the clinic asking for the results from the lab, and someone left me a voicemail to call them back. I called them and received verbal confirmation of negatives on all my tests (i know this sounds shady, but this is true. i took a snapshot of the voicemail as my only proof to send her.).

I was intending on seeing her again, but she was going on trips out of town and seemed busy, and again, distant. One of her final messages was that she was going into her clinic to get double-checked on something with the test, so i responded and waited. She left me on read for around 3-4 weeks, i took it as a sign she moved on/was ok, and deleted my tinder (I do this quite a lot, i might have an unhealthy relationship with dating apps).

She messaged me yesterday with a tirade of messages, accusing me of lying about my sexual health (i got tested like 4-5 months prior- also negative) and asking me to be truthful with her, saying she had been suffering and had contracted two different stds (chlamydia and gonorrhea). She refuses to share her tests (i keep asking her about this, i would like proof as im being accused of something??), but hopefully that will come this week.

I did schedule myself to get tested this upcoming week, and have told my last partner about what just transpired. The thing is, if i previously happened to get a false negative, am i ok, legally? If i DID end up transmitting something to her, i was definitely not aware of it.

Just need a little help here on what to do. She hit me up right before my finals, so I'm stressing the fuck out even more.

Im happy to answer any questions people have about the situation

At least I learned to be safer and never use Tinder again.
