Do employers care about the college name or just AI skills?

I’m confused bw a normal Tier-3 college and Quad AI School of Technology. Quad AI seems to have a much better syllabus and they give a 6-month paid internship. Since it’s more affordable I’m thinking abt it but will I face issues during placements because it's a new-age school? Would love to hear from anyone who has looked into their 2026 admissions.
