I was awarded sole legal and physical custody at our emergency, temporary hearing. I am attempting to relocate within the state - 2.5 hours away and am more than willing to keel the agreement the same, provide extra parenting time, handle all transportation etc

What is the likelihood a judge will approve? My soon to be ex is now trying for 50/50 and doesn’t want us to move

I’ve been accepted to my nursing program in the new town, as well as I have a job lined up who will completely accommodate all of my daughter’s appointments etc. We are originally from there and my family support is there.

Help - I can’t stop crying about this. I can just see all my dreams going up in smoke
