Looking for something low effort that doesn’t require a lot of my time

Hi, I just finished my third year at McMaster and have a few questions about this program as I’m considering it for my masters degree

I see that it says the program is 16 months, I wanted to ask if that 16 months is inclusive of the 8 month co-op (industry practicilum) or if it’s completely separate, making it 24 months? And do most people manage to finish in that time frame?
Is it open to International Students? I know that there are some restrictions surrounding some of UofT’s masters programs and international students?
Is it primarily a theoretical program or a more applied program?
