I have this memory of seeing a movie on either vhs or DVD as a kid. Particularly a scene where 3-4 teens are in a garage where a time machine goes off and they are transported to a different time or dimension with talking dinosaurs. I dont know if it was meant for kids because I remember the dinosaurs being kinda vulgar and practical puppets. Also a scene where they are going through a jungle and a triceratops appears.

I use to consume a lot of dinosaurs media so I may be blending things but if anyone remembers I'd appreciate the help!
