Vibing with burnt veggies & feta cheese
Amidst the chaos of work & life, making healthy food & enjoying every bite of it has been a major anchor.
Growing up sucks 24/7, but if adulthood can bring roasted vegetables & good cheese to my life…well yeah then maybe not all the time 🤭
I wanna thank u/PattesDeChat for her suggestion to try feta (yes, I live under a rock). I love it so much I wanna give you a hug (respectfully) 🥹
My current obsession:
Roasted Vegetables
Vegetables:
- Broccoli
- Carrots
- Asparagus
Spices:
- Garlic Salt
- Paprika
- Gochugaru (Korean red pepper powder)
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- Cumin seeds
My “golden” liquid of choice:
- Olive oil
& LAST BUT NOT DEFINITELY NOT THE LEAST
Feta cheese!!!!
