Hi guys, I’m considering renting a place on the 17th block of Bouvier St. What can you tell me about that block and the surrounding area? Is it noisy? Does it have a lot of student foot traffic? Stolen packages? Robberies and shxxtings?

Hey scholarship awardees, where can I apply for good scholarships?
I’m a sophomore looking for 2 roommates for a 3 bed 2 bath apartment less than 5 mins walk from campus on Broad St. The room with the private bathroom is $800 and the other room next to the shared bathroom is $650.
About me: I keep shared spaces clean, I tend to be reserved and spend most of my time studying in my room, I’m a non smoker and sensitive to smoke inhalation, I rarely have guests over.
