guys DIY the color on small CR-V parts?

Been seeing people paint or wrap little exterior pieces and now I’m kinda curious lol.

Would you ever DIY paint a small spoiler, mirror caps, trim, or other little parts to match your CR-V?

Part of me thinks black accents look clean on lighter colors, but color-matched parts can look more OEM if done right.

Would you try it yourself, or would you rather just buy the part already painted?

Do color-matched exterior parts actually make a CR-V look better?

Random thought, but I feel like small exterior parts can look totally different depending on the car color.

Like a black spoiler on a white CR-V can look clean, but on some colors maybe body-matched parts look better. Same with mirror caps, rain guards, chrome trim, etc.

Would you guys ever swap small exterior pieces just to make the color combo look cleaner, or is that doing too much? lol

What color do you guys think looks best on a CR-V?

Been noticing CR-Vs look totally different depending on the color lol.

White looks clean, black looks sharper, silver seems easier to keep looking decent, and some darker colors make the body lines stand out more.

What color did you guys get, and would you pick the same color again?

Do small rear spoilers actually help with the CR-V rear window getting dirty?

Rear windows on these CR-Vs get dirty so fast it’s actually annoying 😭

I’ve seen a few people mention small rear spoilers or trunk spoilers, and now I’m wondering if they actually do anything for airflow around the back window, or if they’re just for looks.

Not talking about big wings or anything crazy, just the small subtle ones.

Anyone here noticed any difference with dirt, rain, or dust after adding one?

What’s the most annoying little thing about owning a CR-V long term?

Love my CR-V overall but every generation seems to have that one tiny thing that slowly drives you insane over time 😭

Could be anything:

road noise,

rear window dirt,

interior rattles,

paint,

visibility,

random plastic trim stuff…

What’s yours?

I swear some small mods make a car look way better, and others instantly make it look like AutoZone threw up on it 😭

Feels like there’s a really fine line between “clean OEM+” and “cheap looking”.

What do you guys think usually makes the difference?

Lowkey starting to feel like these little spoilers only work if the whole car kinda matches the vibe 😭

Like on some CR-Vs they look clean, but on others it almost feels random or unfinished.

Maybe it depends on the setup? Idk anymore lol

Been going back and forth on one of these little spoilers for my CR-V lol.

Some pics make it look pretty clean, then other times I’m like damn… that kinda looks pointless 😭

I just don’t wanna buy one and end up barely noticing it after installing. Also kinda worried about the fitment or the edges peeling up later on.

Anybody here actually had one on their car for a while?
