So I'm having this idea to extract the most battery life i can from the laptop but can't find a way to do it.

ThrottleStop can limit turbo, undervolt and PL limits but is there a way to basically turn off half the cpu?

Like when i go in battery mode, keep only 2 P cores and 4 E cores working and force others to take a chill and go to sleep.

I'm trying to push the cpu to work in lowest power possible but all i could do is 12W and then goes to stutter mode since that's waay too low power when all cores are using it.
