LF commercial space inside or near UST.
Hello i currently have small school stuff business (school supplies, prints, ring/soft bind, rush ids in Palanan Makati, market is quite slow due to location. I realize i need to get a little bit closer to a school.
We might also soon move to Manila for good. So its perfect timing also to change location.
Thats why im considering UST 💛
