I need help with potty training.

Here’s the backstory:

Puppy is a Cavapoo. 18 weeks.

She was fully vaxxed at 15 weeks and I live in an apartment complex so the early days it was doing her business inside.

I haven’t been consistent with going outside to pee because I’ve been moving. Puppy pees/poops on pee pads but sometimes on carpets or just hardwood if it’s late at night.

I know I need to take her out every hour but I work and I’m crate training her and let her sleep in bed with me so she has access to the puppy pads at night. What do I do?

I feel like a terrible dog mom and I’m scared she’s too far gone. I need advice.
