Can I get admission in MS (s3h) with 70 aggregate?

Is NUST worth it? I want to start my MS but I’m not sure which university to join. I want to pursue my MS degree in Economics or Development Studies (haven’t decided yet). Also for MS if I’m unemployed will that affect my chances of getting admission?
