Would an app that scans your dog and rates their food out of 10 even be useful?

Hey everyone! Genuine question.

How do you figure out if a treat or food is actually safe and good for your dog? Like if someone tosses your dog something at a BBQ, or you're standing in the pet store aisle completely lost trying to pick between two bags of treats, what do you actually do?

I keep thinking there should be something out there that lets you just point your camera at food and tells you if your dog should eat it or not. Like a 1–10 rating based on the actual ingredients.

And not just food, something that takes your dog's breed, weight and personality quirks into account so the advice actually applies to YOUR dog and not just some generic golden retriever.

Does anything like this exist? Am I the only one who wants this?
