Today I had an initial phone interview with the owner of a State Farm branch. It was different than other State Farm interviews I’ve had, in that I was talking directly to the boss and not with an outside recruiting agency.
This difference seemed to work in my favor. I did score a second, in-person interview that I was told would be scheduled come Monday. So I have the whole weekend + however many days between Monday and the interview to prepare.
Can anyone clue me in as to what kinds of questions I should expect at this interview? I am very nervous as this would be (if I get it) my first insurance position ever. I have my P&C license. If I get the job, I will need to get Life and Health. Any advice helps, and TIA.
