Has anyone here done the customer service interview for Qatar Airways recently?

I have mine soon and I’m kinda nervous about the English part lol I’m applying for the italian speaker position I wanted to know what the interviews are actually like and what kind of questions they ask. Was it more casual or super formal? Did they make you do roleplays with passengers or mostly just talk about your experience?

I’ve worked in customer service before but I still don’t know what to expect from Qatar Airways specifically. If anyone remembers some of the questions they got asked or how many interviews there were, I’d really appreciate it.
