My hearing was postponed 30 days before the hearing date because the judge is retiring. I have waited years to get to this point, I am about to be foreclosed on and other bills are past due, my husband is angry because he can’t keep doing this by himself and I fear I’m headed for divorce. We are both so stressed. They are telling me it may be up to ANOTHER year before I’m back on the schedule. I’ve cried most days the last month. Just had to vent. Oh, attorney already wrote a dire need letter, it hasn’t helped yet.
