Achilles soreness 5 week post op

Hi all!
I had a giant piece of Plica removed 5.5 weeks ago. Originally Thought to be fat pad impingement, turns out my synovial membrane folded over and was getting jammed into my bone every time I bent and straightened my knee.

Good times! pic for fun :)

Now, if I walk or bike a lot - usually within 15/20 mins my Achilles and lower leg/calf start to ache. Sometimes it happens just sitting on the couch.

Anyone experience this? Is it normal? Anything you know that can help this lessen?

Thank you :)

TLDR AT BOTTOM!!

I am having a hard time seeing warmth near my face - maybe because my bangs sit right by my eyes and I see them all day.

My natural hair is cool toned. (Possibly natural is PIC 4)

I’m not entirely sure if it is a level 5 and since my hair is thin, it looks gray… or a level 7/6 blonde. PIC 1

About a year ago my hairdresser wanted to remove green from my hair - lots of experimentation on my part with vivid. So she bleached my natural hair. Since then, whatever she out over it is now fading out to a reddish, copper, mid brown. I’m going insane.

Previously, it had been fading to a golden blond and I was fine with that.

I saw someone last week to have them do something with a new perspective, after 3 months of just letting it be and I ended up with the same brown/red just with golden highlights. PIC 2

Panicked and did one of those Kristen was glosses - mixing .4 bottle of wheat blond and .6 bottle of smoky

topaz. PIC 3

Now, I’m just gonna let this grow and fade. But, is there a color depositing conditioner I can put over this to help? Something to mitigate that copper tone? It’s especially bad in these light. And I’m willing to do it every week if I have to!

Maybe I’m nuts. But it just makes me look sick, tired and accentuates my bags.

Anyways, thanks for reading. :) hopefully someone has some insight ! :):)

TLDR: Pic 4 is possibly natural.

pic 1 is what I just asked for,

pic 2 is what I got, to fix the hair fading red orange and brown,

Pic 3 is now.

**Looking for a mask to combat the warmth as much as possible, no processor, to put over this as I grow it out and recover from bleach and chemicals!!
