I’m Lucas — solo founder. I just launched Spontlr on the App Store after 6 months of building alone, 12-16 hours a day, 7 days a week. Here’s what I actually learned.

FlutterFlow is underestimated. With the right architecture it can handle production-level complexity — real-time, PostGIS location sorting, custom RPCs, RevenueCat subscriptions, Stripe payments, ID verification. All of it. I built every screen, every function, every edge case alone.

Supabase is the best backend decision I made. Row Level Security, Edge Functions, PostGIS, Realtime — it handled everything. Frankfurt servers meant GDPR compliance out of the box.

The hardest part wasn’t technical. Apple rejected my build 4 times. Each rejection taught me something about how seriously they take subscription flows, age ratings and privacy. The process made the app better.

What I built: Spontlr — a verified lifestyle members club where members earn real cashback from local businesses. No algorithm, no ads, ID verified community only. Live on App Store in Poland, TestFlight outside Poland.

Local businesses set their own cashback — between 5% and 25% of what you spend. Scan a QR code at checkout. Points land in your wallet instantly. Cash out directly to your bank. Points never expire.

When you invite a friend — you earn 1 point for every PLN they spend at any partner. Forever**. Automatically.**

We share our income with our members. That’s not a feature — that’s the philosophy.
