Hi everyone, I’m hoping to get some insight from the community. My deposit at Kraken has been on hold since 8 May 2026. Two days ago, they asked me to provide a document to verify the origin of funds, which I submitted immediately.

It’s now 14 May and I still haven’t received any confirmation or update. Has anyone experienced something similar with deposits or Pro accounts? How long did it take for your funds to be released after submitting documents?

Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
