driver delivered unsealed bag with receipt visibly ripped off containing nothing but 1 BBQ sauce packet and my refund was declined immediately
This is the second time i've ever ordered doordash both times having been wendys and both times something like this has happened. around three weeks ago I ordered a burger and fries and a drink and I received 2 6 piece nuggets and fries which was upsetting as that's like the cheapest thing on the menu. I requested a refund and it was accepted and I received the funds earlier and thought I would try again because I already decided that $30 was for doordash and this happened? it was a different driver but the same wendys and I feel like this is actually insane not only was it a different order than I got (I didn't get anything with BBQ sauce) it was also consumed in a seemingly ravenous manner. i'm really mad because when I went to request another refund it was immediately declined I guess doordash thinks i'm trying to scam them or something when they genuinely just suck so bad someone needs to have a bunch of dudes stand around them and throw big rocks at them for a while until something changes regarding doordash KILL KILL KILL KILL KILL KILL
