
Hey hows it going, I ordered air filters from Japan, and it has been stuck in customs since March 17, and I apparently cant open an investigation claim since it's First-Class Package International Service, and once i called Usps, they told me to go on www.wcoomd.org as if thats going to help me. I contacted the seller but they just keep replying saying that they have no control of the customs in the US and that I would have to be responsible contacting USPS and figuring out what to do.
