I just setup a brand new Epson Perfection V39 and everything went fine during the installation. When I connect it to my laptop, the light blinks 11 times then goes out. It refuses actually start. I've only got a single USB port on the laptop but I tried a couple different USB ports on a docking station, including 2 that are powered. I also removed all of the software, cleared the Epson folders, restarted, and then reinstalled. None of this has helped. Any other thoughts?
