I went to "The Corned Beef Killer's" house, who's been to an obscure true-crime location?

I rode to Ethel Major's house, as it was near a job I was doing .

She's was the only women ever executed at Hull Prison. She poisoned her husband with a corned-beef sandwich in 1934 and two days later he died in the council house on my right.

There's a lot more interesting details to the story, but has anyone else had a road trip to an obscure true-crime location?

PS I hope this post is allowed, please delete if not.

The Kursaal Palace as it was called opened in 1901 with a grand Ballroom, Circus, Billiard Room and Dining hall. In fact the hall is where it gets it's name. Kursaal means "Cure Hall" in German, the term refers to the main banquet hall of a spa town, which Southend was known as at the time. The Victorians believed in the healing properties of "taking the air" at a seaside town, like a health spa.
