Hello! Recently diagnosed with OCD and I am in the midst of my ERP therapy. I used to be a Christian and I no longer identify with that, however I miss the ritual of going to church/having something to do on Sunday mornings. I am looking for suggestions for things to do that I can create my little ritual without turning it into a compulsion. Any ideas or advice are welcome. Thank you :)
