Im watching the series for the second time, and although I mainly mention Meredith, this basically applies to all the attendings. I’m talking about the episodes where they take their exams and receive job offers from different hospitals.

Meredith doesn’t want to leave Seattle because she has Richard there (someone who indulges all her whims and fixes every mistake she makes). She also doesn’t want her friends to leave because she would lose part of her stability. She already had a life there, but at that time Zola was still little, and Derek had huge opportunities in Boston. At one point, Alex told her he wasn’t going to stay in Seattle because of her fear of being alone. After so many seasons, she never really grew as a person; everything about her is still based on depending on others to be happy.

Cristina should have chosen whichever hospital she wanted without Meredith’s or Teddy’s influence just because of a “you owe me.” Nobody owed anyone anything. Yes, they were friends, but they also should have understood that there was a professional relationship involved, and if you truly care about someone, you should let them go for their own benefit.

Just like Arizona sabotaged Alex by giving him bad recommendations so he wouldn’t want to leave the hospital, he deserved to go to Hopkins. She knows it because she studied there, so she knows how good it is. She suffered the loss of her brother and her childhood best friend, but that was not a reason to ruin Alex’s future.

Everyone forgot that they are teachers. They should teach and hope for the best for their students. I think the best one was Mark because he truly cared about Jackson’s professional future.

Okay, we know the plane crash happened and that it changed everyone’s lives and the decisions they made, but seriously, if the show weren’t filled with so many deaths, all of them should have ended up at better hospitals specialized in the fields they actually wanted.

Me quedan exactamente 30 días antes de que acabe el contrato de esta vuelta y quería dar una pequeña historia de esta ultima tortura

Pase por 3 áreas de la empresa en estos 14 meses, fueron 4 meses, 6 meses y mis actuales 4 meses el siguiente con 3 empresas distintas del mismo dueño como explique en el primer port, entre el segundo y tercer contrato deje de tener a mi antiguo superior (al que detesto por comportarse como un niño malcriado, tener 40 años y ser un conformista) y según iba a hacer las mismas tareas que anteriormente realizaba

Llego a mi nuevo puesto, sede en el interior y la primera semana hice mis tareas habituales, la segunda semana me llaman que hay una inspección de emergencia y la persona encargada va 1h al día y no sirve para nada así que estuve un mes recopilando y peor aun inventando datos desde hace 4 años donde no se ingresaba nada para manuales de higiene y seguridad alimentaria. Aún no se ha realizado la inspección y espero que no se haga mientras yo este

No tengo carnet de salud, pregunte y me dijeron que no lo necesitaba porque todo lo que iba a hacer eran tareas de oficina pero el ultimo mes y medio me han puesto a trabajar con productos alimentarios, donde simplemente me dijeron a mi y varios otros sin carnet que "si vienen a hacer la inspección salgan por atrás"

Me encantaría dar datos y decir "no compren estas marcas/productos por todo lo que veo en mi día a día" pero no quiero dar información que me comprometa como individuo😭😭😭 Mi consejo, eviten lo nacional si no conocen las empresas

Okay, I'm rewatching Grey's Anatomy for the second time, and I'm up to the episodes about Derek's clinical trial on Alzheimer's. I've been thinking this ever since I started the rewatch, but every time Richard has to do his job as a boss, he just fails at everything

• He brought Derek in with the promise of a position and then reneged on it because of his relationship with Meredith.
• He gets way too involved with people at the hospital in inappropriate ways, thinking he’s everyone’s best friend or father.
• He treats all the specialties and the hospital in general as his subordinates, even though he’s only the chief of surgery.
• He’s very sentimental and thinks everyone’s life revolves around him.
• When Callie has doubts about going to Africa with Arizona, he simply tells her he has many secret and important plans he wants her to be a part of.

Hetries to persuade Meredith, because of her mother, to join a clinical trial she wasn’t interested in, and then, when her wife also starts showing symptoms of Alzheimer’s, she criticizes her by saying she sees that disease in everyone because of her own trauma, and then becomes demanding about including her in the trial. even the idiot Meredith, risking everything to give her the medicine

He has no social life outside the hospital because he brought it on himself, and his ideology has practically ruined the lives of many others. He treats everything as if he were playing The Sims and he were the one controlling his little world

Soy la misma man del post de la empresa donde te hacen múltiples contratos

Como saben mañana es dia libre nacional pero el sábado se trabaja, aparte de las malas artimañas el contrato tambien dice de "lunes a jueves" o "lunes a viernes" los otros dos días son extras, legalmente no estas obligado

Yo no trabajo los sábados pero muchos otros si.

Bueno el jefe quiere que ellos trabajen este sabado y amenazó de quitar x3 el salario de ese día al que falte aun cuando el contrato no menciona el sabado como dia laboral

La verdad a mi en este momento eso no me afecta pero queria contarles otra basura más que esta pasando.

Últimamente hay un drama en Chiriquí con respecto a la terminal de transportes y lo monopolizado que lo tienen los taxistas de ahí, ya que no permite que taxis externos con pasajeros entren a dejarlos lo más cercanos a sus buses.

Muchos comentan la opción de cambiarlo al Federal Mall como se tenía planeado desde un inicio y a diferencia de Panamá donde por 25 centavos puedes hacer trasbordo y llegar a tu casa. Acá no es viable por algunos motivos.

El transporte desde casi cualquier lugar fuera del centro no baja de 1$, en algunas zonas más alejadas como volcán puede llegar a costar 4$ un viaje, llegar al federal aplica un gasto extra de 50 centavos hasta el centro de David y 35 centavos si tienes que movilizarte por ahí mismo, Estamos hablando que hay personas que al día gastan 8$ solo en transporte publico.

Donde vivo hay personas que tienen que gastar 7$ en un taxi y luego 2$ más para llegar a David, otros por una distancia de 5 minutos les sube el trasporte por 50 centavos, yo pago 1.50$ y ellos 2$, de nuevo por 5 minutos que el bus demora de una parada a la otra.

En Santiago hay un metro bus haciendo ruta por la central, uno de los viejos pero esta funcionando. Toda esa carga de buses que tienen estacionados sin funcionar sean arreglados para el interior cambiaría totalmente el panorama

Que implementen metro buses en zonas cercanas o importantes ahorraría mucho el costo para los interioranos, imaginen un metro bus David-Bugaba-Puerto o David-Dolega-Boquete. Sin contar que cuando quieres ir a un lugar nuevo simplemente NO sabes como llegar porque no hay la opción de google maps donde te dice que ruta tomar. Yo se que la vaina esta difícil en la ciudad pero son realidades distintas.

El bus a mi casa demora una hora en pasar, e internamente hay unas 4 rutas más que si pierdes tu bus tienes que esperar 4 horas el siguiente o como mencioné arriba gastar mucho en taxi. Con horarios de 5am a 7pm, si trabajas hasta tarde o pierdes el ultimo bus te tienes comer 25$ en un taxi o hasta más
