My sister's iPhone XS Max suddenly started flashing green whenever we try to turn it on, there's a small visible part on the top and the screen is functional, but you cannot see a thing do to the flashing, I've also noticed that the screen is a bit loose from the casing

Anyone can identify the problem or help me solve it?
