Na scam po ako last year thru BPI cc. Hanggang ngayon, I’m still coordinating with them. Haggling kung pwede % of it babayaran and willing to pay in FULL yung %. I’ve been following up from them every month but I never received any update about my offer. SUDDENLY, I received an email from a collections agency. May text din that this has been sent to SP Madrid Law Firm and if there’s any concerns, to reach out to them daw. Given this, I called to follow up with BPI again informing them that I received this kind of message even though I’m still coordinating with the bank.
QUESTION is, do I coordinate with SP Madrid now or wait for the BPI update? They offered 36 mos 0% interest. Pero sobrang laki pa rin po. Thinking of amnesty program? Tips on how to haggle?
NOTE: Good and consistent payer of BPI for years. Because of the fraud kaya may ganitong issue. Ayaw ko na patagalin pa and it’s been taking a toll on my mental health pero di ko kaya bayaran yung buong amount. Hope for your help.
