I opened a Venture X about 2 weeks ago, waited and waited for offers to appear within my app, but nothing so far. The whole offers section seems to be missing from within my account view.

Finally called for help today and spoke with 3 people who said it should appear when logging in. Logging in via capitaloneoffers.com just redirects to the main account page. I sat on the phone with technical support troubleshooting my browser version, clearing cache, etc.
They confirmed there is no “waiting period” for a new account, but then they said I must not have any yet, or that I’m ineligible (?) and said all they can tell me is to keep checking back.

Shouldn’t there be at least one generic offer? Did this happen to anyone else?
