Current organization - Deloitte

I'm leaving Deloitte and have 3 offers in hand, unable to decide which is the better one.

EPAM Systems - 18.5 Fixed + No bonuses , General shift

EY - 19 Fixed + 10% variable, 2-11 shift

Atos - 20 CTC , 2-11 shift

All are in Chennai (home location). Looking for a long term prospect. Not a fan of the 2-11 shift and a bit hesitant to move to EY after a not so great experience at Deloitte. Also, unsure of Atos, read it could be bankrupt.

I have 15 days in my notice period left. Should I try for further interviews?

Could you please help in assessing these choices?
