Hello,

I’ve had an issue with my New Nintendo 3DS XL for a long time. The battery doesn’t last anymore, and it often shuts down quickly. When that happens, the time and date get reset.

Before, I even had data loss due to a microSD issue. It’s better now (I previously lost some digital game saves), but the only problem that remains is the battery.

I bought a new battery, and when I play, everything works fine. I turn off the console, but if I try to turn it back on the next day, the battery is empty and the time and date are reset...

What can I do please?
