I have NOW mobile phone in WA. My mom(95)needed home internet in OR. Went to xfinity store picked up NOW internet "home kit". Couldn't get the mac number to be accepted. After several agents "helping" found out they deleted my account with xfinity so it won't let me add a device when there is no account. My credit card charge for the NOW modem went through and I can't get any help to REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT or input the correct mac number into the system to initiate service. What should I do?​
