I wasn’t super into the first episode but the clips she played at the end of the pre- filmed episodes looked good! Especially the ones with Imari and Trevi. I think the ones with her actual friends will pretty enjoyable
I know this will probably never happen but I really wish solidcore had some prizes or something if you refer friends to sign up. I bring my friends all the time and just had two sign up on year long committed memberships!
Hello! Can someone explain the different levels of coaches (regular, senior master, etc.) and what exercises they can teach? I just realized this week that certain levels of never coaches can’t que certain exercises and I just wanted to know what they can teach at each level?
