Hi, so I am new to the Philadelphia area and am curious if there are any good strip clubs where you might be able to get something more than "just" a hands-free lap dance -- not necessarily sex, but at least where the dancer is somewhat likely to let you touch her. I'd settle for running my hands over her and feeling her breasts. Anyone got recommendations for places that allow contact (and, crucially, have hot women you would want to touch)?
