Based on the below text from the email, maybe they haven’t opened the sales yet? Maybe I’m reading it wrong:

“Clicking the button above will take you to the ticket page where the virtual queue will open at 12:00 PM PT.  When the on-sale begins, you'll be assigned a place in line at random (along with everyone else who arrived early) and the page will automatically refresh when it's your turn.“
