Hello, been searching everywhere for tips on this, I've never used RetroAchievements before but I am a huge Playstation Trophy hunter, I've got over 200 at this point, now that I have the Retroid 5 though, I am wondering if there is a way to add it to the Retroid?

Now I will admit I'm not 100% familiar with exactly how people get RetroAchievements to work? I've been browsing the website a bit and gawking in awe at the amount of insane lists for my favourite games. I think it's added to the emulator itself? Can anybody who has used it give me more info about exactly how it works? And has anybody got working or can anybody confirm that it is usable on the Retroid 5? I have searched that also but only found a single old dead thread with not much advice.

I would be forever grateful to everybody who gives me advice on this, thank you so much everyone!

Hello everyone, firstly I'm sorry if this is a bit all over the place! My RP5 is arriving in a week and I'm really keen to get it all setup! I don't play much except my PS5 so this is a bit new, my bad if I get any terminology mixed up. Just wondering if I can get any downloads or any hardware (SD, etc) to make my life easier when it arrives? (Ordered a grip but that's it so far!)

I mainly would like to ask if the system takes standard ROM files? I haven't emulated in a little bit so not sure if there's alternatives. Is there a step involved that I'd be better off waiting for the console or could I start getting them all together right now? I mainly would like PS2 games if that info is important.

One last semi-related question, Is it possible to add widescreen or resolution/fps boost mods/hacks and that kind of stuff to my PS2 games? How about randomisers for games like Kingdom Hearts II?

I found an excellent hour long guide video to help me start but I'd prefer to save that until I can start along side it, so apologies if these questions are answered more thoroughly there.

Thank you all in advance for the wisdom! I look forward to joining this with you all with a sleek new 16Bit model, It's about time I get to re-experience some games my crappy laptop can't emulate well!
