Hello, this is my first time applying to Emirates and Cabin crew in general and I was lucky enough to get shortlisted to the Assessment day.

I’m honestly pretty confident in my skills and I’m used to speak in-front of a spectacle and hide my nervousness.

But I’m stuck with 1 question that not a single guide on youtube explains or talks about.

Can someone tell me how to talk in Group Discussions ? Do I raise my hand when someone is talking and wait for them to finish their sentence ? or I raise my hand when they’re done speaking ? Also If my teammates don’t let me speak and they are chaotic and speaking on top of each other, do I try to force myself in or I keep on raising my hand and If I get to have a word then that’s when I speak ?
