Hi everyone,
I’m torn between the Tesla Model 3 Standard RWD and the Model Y Standard RWD. At the moment, I don’t have any kids, I have a girlfriend(she likes to take more stuff than needed), I go on a longer holiday about once a year (for example to Italy), and I occasionally transport IKEA stuff and, from time to time, my road bike. I could take off the front wheel for that.
In 3 to 5 years, though, there could be a mid to large sized dog (mb a golden) and maybe one child, and possibly even another one. I’ve test-driven both cars, and I like the driving feel of the Model 3 alot more, and I also prefer its looks over the Model Y. The Model Y feels a bit more “boring” to drive, but of course it’s absolutely future-proof and still really great to drive.
If you were in my position and could only buy one of the two cars, which would be the smarter decision? At the moment, both cost exactly the same in the Standard RWD version. Keep in mind that in the EU version, the eletrical side mirrors and Autopilot are still included. I think my heart would choose 3 and my head Y
