Getting back into the hobby after a few decades away and hearing rumblings about a (4th?) Armageddon war, I had to dig out the old codex and strip my classic Emperor’s Champion from back in the day to add to the painting-practice pile. Still one of my favorite (if not the most dynamic) GW minis, and probably the one that’s been the most stripped-and-repainted over my years of learning to work on these little guys.

ODYSSEY, the new LP from Ryan Sutherland, is out now! A hero’s journey through folk introspection, reedy waltzes, and tasty bluegrass picking, the record features contributions from Scott Wright (keys, accordion) and Adam Henne (bass), and was engineered by Scott at his Hemlock House studio before being mixed by Ben Baker at Canadaway Records.
