banned without warning, appeal link broken, help center unresponsive

banned without warning, appeal link broken, help center unresponsive

I received a message today saying my account was suspended for repeatedly breaking the rules, which was surprising as I hadn't gotten a message about it recently

>We have suspended your Pinterest account after finding multiple violations of our Community Guidelines on adult content. You won't be able to access your Pins or messages anymore. >If you think we made a mistake, you can submit an appeal within 7 days.

I do think they made a mistake but I accidentally hit appeal on my phone email app, sending me to the pinterest app where it now doesn't work at all as I'm no longer logged in. Even beforehand with the pin removal appeals, this would do nothing but break the link permanently. so from here I moved on to the help center where I filled out the form. It sent me another email.

>If you'd like to appeal the account suspension, please refer to our previous email and click on the link inside to appeal the decision. If you need to provide more context or didn't receive that email, reply here and we'll look into it.

As the link sends me to a broken webpage on PC, I replied with some excuses. The pins I'm being banned over are already on pinterest, I'm just saving them to a board I create where they're being flagged as inappropriate and somehow it's only considered illicit by the time I do it and not before. It sent me another email.

>Oof! It looks like your message didn’t go through. This usually happens if it’s been awhile since we’ve heard from you, or if your original question was closed. Sorry about that!

>To ask a new question, just fill out our support form: http://help.pinterest.com/contact

Did I misinterpret this somehow, or did it tell me to reply just for them to say they weren't listening? I did this a second time with the same result, and a third just asking for an appeal link. It's useless.

The only context I can supply is that I see pins on one part of the website (someone else's board) and save them to another (one of my boards). This is the fundamental way the website works and they're banning people for it. Doesn't it make a difference that the pins already exist on the site and I'm saving them so I can locate them later? Why did they bother banning without warning at this point? is it because I gave up appealing the removed pins (it's tedious) thus I've accumulated unforgivable sins? it only succeeded half the time, one time I photoshopped clothes onto one of the removed pins like I was Braghettone, it stayed up. But it's tedious, and this is tedious.

anyway
