I am moving to a new apartment in a few months and am having trouble finding the best layout for my stuff.

If anyone is willing to give me tips or advice for the best layout, I’d be very grateful 🥲 I do have some ideas but I want others’ opinions.

Big furniture items include:
Queen bed with two nightstands
Dresser
L-shaped desk
Loveseat couch
Oversized armchair
Tv & tv stand
Dining table with two chairs
Two medium, but tall bookshelves,
A corner bookshelf
Two cat trees - I’d like at least one by the patio door

Edit to add dimensions:

Living room is 15’ x 18’
Dining room is 8’ x 7’
Bedroom is 12’ x 13’
