I’m 17 turning 18 this coming year lately I’ve been getting small twitches / spasms on my legs body and occasionally my arms well…. Last night my body randomly started shaking out of nowhere like a full body tremor it felt like there was a cramping feeling in my back and it lasted nearly 10 minutes any guesses what’s going on ??
