I just bought a used 2021 Sierra 1500 Elevation 5.3 L V8 8speed with 145,000km on it with decent maintenance history with the previous owner. I’ve had the truck for about a week and recently started hearing this ticking noise. I’m worried it might be the lifter since this is known issue or maybe I’m not used to this noise and overreacting, I’m hoping someone on here has any ideas.
