At this point some people gotta be trolling. AH has to stop listening to the people saying things that don't make sense man.
Basic game design fundamentals man. At some point too many choices can be confusing but lack of choices severely hurt the game's longevity.
The reasons given in the op also don't make sense. I'm just tired boss.
