I've had this S20 ultra for about 8 years (passed down from family members) and it now has a heating problem after opening a really laggy game and now it just keeps force restarting when it gets hot and sometimes even its not hot at all and just restarts. It also restarts without warning and also it can get very hot. I take off the case and the glass case at the back (lost its stickiness) and still restarts.

The only time it doesn't restart is that if it I'm outside with even the glass case off. I have factory reset the phone so I know its a hardware problem and I'm just wondering if people who have had the same phone has had the same problem.

Im getting a new phone because my s20 ultra has something wrong with its heating and so my dad gave me 2 options A56 or A57 but im thinking of getting the A57 but its more expensive so i need to decide which one i want
